At Umrah Cab, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. We aim to provide flexible and customer-friendly booking options while ensuring the efficient scheduling of our vehicles and drivers.

Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a booking through our website or official communication channels.

1. Free Cancellation or Booking Changes

Customers may cancel or modify their booking free of charge up to 18 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

If an advance payment has been made, a 100% refund will be issued for eligible cancellations made within this period.

2. Cancellations Within 18 Hours

Bookings cancelled less than 18 hours before the scheduled pickup time are generally not eligible for a refund, as the vehicle and driver may already have been scheduled and prepared for the journey.

Any exception will be considered at the discretion of Umrah Cab based on the individual circumstances and operational conditions.

3. Booking Modifications

Customers may request changes to their booking, including:

• Pickup date

• Pickup time

• Pickup location

• Drop-off location

• Number of passengers

• Passenger or travel details

• Vehicle preference

Modification requests made at least 18 hours before the scheduled pickup time will generally be accommodated free of charge, subject to vehicle availability.

Changes requested within 18 hours of pickup may not be possible and may result in additional charges, depending on the requested changes and availability.

4. Company Cancellation

In the unlikely event that Umrah Cab is unable to provide the booked transportation service due to operational issues, vehicle problems, driver unavailability, or other circumstances within our control, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative arrangement.
